REVIEWS

Own the Outcome

That’s one of our core values at WHM. Whether a result was a win or a learning opportunity, we own it.  For that same reason, we don’t filter our public reviews when presenting them like most companies. You can’t learn about a company by reading only positive reviews, but you can learn a lot by how they react to missteps.

I’ve talked to a plethora of property agencies and this one by far is the most understanding. Carlos took the time to help me sort out huge problems. He was polite and courteous. Any way he could help he would. There are very few people with that mindset or mentality. If I asked one million questions, he would find a million answers. As I said before thanks ?? and can’t wait to be a tenant at your property.

We have worked for a bunch of management companies. None of them do what this company does. We are renting one of their places until we find a place to buy. They have made the whole experience great. I have had to put in 2 small maintenance request. And within a few hours they check as to when they can come and fix the issues. I would recommend this place to anyone. And maybe in the future we can do business together. Even if we don't i still really like welcome home milwaukee!

We were interested in a property in Washington Heights and we live out of state but would be relocating in the near future (a month or so) for work. We were really impressed with the property and were ready to jump on it! We just wanted to do a FaceTime walk through or equivalent before signing any contract. We contacted Carlos and he was at first pretty helpful, but then when he found out that we were from out of state and would like to see the apartment through video all hell broke lose. He started discouraging us from the neighborhood and said that we needed to turn in our applications ($25 each so $50 total) for the privilege to see the apartment through video chat because they only wanted "serious applicants", but they would have shown it to us in person for free...? After some back and forth we decided we wanted the apartment enough to pay the $50 application fee first and see the apartment second. While filling out the application, we noticed that they wanted a 5 year rental history. We have been renting for 4.5 years and would need to have a co-signer for out application...

About 2 weeks ago I spoke to Angy and she was so helpful, patient and nice. She took the time to explain to me what I needed in order to schedule a tour and then what I needed to do to fill out the application. She really took the time to make sure I understood what I needed to do. I wanted her to know she is appreciated.

Carlos is super helpful and patient! Answers questions thoroughly and kindly. He tried to help you as much as possible and is honest. I would recommend asking for Carlos! You won’t regret it!
