• Fully completed application
• All adults age 18+ must apply & pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25 and a processing fee of $10

Some Reasons to be Declined

• Income less than 3x monthly rent
• Credit below 575
• Any eviction judgments within the last 5 years (regardless of outcome)
• Collections from landlords, Write Off, or Judgments.
• More than 8 accounts in collections or past due
• Any discharged, open, or dismissed bankruptcy in the past 3 years
• Negative Landlord References
