Ed – Co-Founder

With over a decade of experience in property management, I began my journey in 2009 working in student housing in Madison, WI. A few years later, I transitioned to third-party management in Milwaukee, where I discovered my true passion for helping investors build lasting wealth and providing residents with safe, well-maintained homes.

I’ve witnessed the evolution of professional property management over the years, and I’m excited to see the industry continue to grow as our world becomes increasingly complex. At Welcome Home Milwaukee, we are committed to fostering positive relationships with both investors and residents. Our mission is simple: ensure every individual involved in the rental experience is treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

What I love most about property management is the opportunity to engage directly with the communities we serve. Milwaukee is full of diverse neighborhoods, each with its own unique character. I’ve found it incredibly rewarding to connect with the people who call these neighborhoods home, learn about the businesses they operate, and see the amazing work being done by local nonprofits. Being part of these communities on a deeper level is truly fulfilling.

Valentina – Bookkeeper

I’ve been a bookkeeper at WHM since 2016, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and manage their day-to-day accounting needs. WHM offers the perfect blend of problem-solving and customer service. I enjoy being part of a company that plays such a vital role in helping both property owners and tenants thrive.

Clare – Business Development Manager

I started in July 2024 as the Business Development Manager. I complete all onboarding for new clients and properties. My favorite part of the job is working with new clients every day and ensuring that we take care of one of their most significant assets. The team at Welcome Home Milwaukee is unmatched, and I’m so happy to get to work with them every day!

I have 3 years in the industry and my main goal is to ensure your investment runs smoothly and your tenants stay happy. I serve as the bridge between homeowners and all the processes that keep a property thriving! I love that property management is ever-changing and challenging.

Yuri – Turn Manager

It’s truly rewarding to be part of an organization that cares about its tenants and strives to offer a great living experience. I’m a Turn Manager, and my role focuses on renewing and improving properties to ensure new tenants move into a space they can call home.
