With over a decade of experience in property management, I began my journey in 2009 working in student housing in Madison, WI. A few years later, I transitioned to third-party management in Milwaukee, where I discovered my true passion for helping investors build lasting wealth and providing residents with safe, well-maintained homes.
I’ve witnessed the evolution of professional property management over the years, and I’m excited to see the industry continue to grow as our world becomes increasingly complex. At Welcome Home Milwaukee, we are committed to fostering positive relationships with both investors and residents. Our mission is simple: ensure every individual involved in the rental experience is treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
What I love most about property management is the opportunity to engage directly with the communities we serve. Milwaukee is full of diverse neighborhoods, each with its own unique character. I’ve found it incredibly rewarding to connect with the people who call these neighborhoods home, learn about the businesses they operate, and see the amazing work being done by local nonprofits. Being part of these communities on a deeper level is truly fulfilling.

I’ve been a bookkeeper at WHM since 2016, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and manage their day-to-day accounting needs. Ana – Executive Assistant
I am an executive assistant to the Co-Founder of Welcome Home Milwaukee and MKE CoWork. My responsibilities include managing MKE CoWork reservations, overseeing billing, marketing, sales, and providing customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. Additionally, I offer general administrative support to maintain overall efficiency and effectiveness at Welcome Home Milwaukee.
I began my career in the property management industry in October 2024, gaining valuable experience and developing essential skills to optimize the company’s daily operations.
What I find most appealing about the property management industry is the dynamic and multifaceted nature of the work. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. I enjoy the satisfaction that comes from creating and maintaining well-functioning, comfortable living and working environments. Additionally, working closely with the director and our team allows me to develop valuable professional relationships and contribute to the overall success of the company.

My favorite part of the job is working with new clients every day and ensuring that we take care of one of their most significant assets.
