Onsite Property Manager

The Onsite Property Manager is the face of Welcome Home Milwaukee. This position will be 90% in the field working in the neighborhoods we manage homes in, showing homes for rent, performing property inspections, and meeting with residents, vendors, clients, and inspectors. The mission of the Onsite Property Manager is to be our eyes and ears in the communities we serve and work with the office team to effectively share information to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.

Maintenance Tech

Our Maintenance Techs are the face of Welcome Home Milwaukee. This position will be working in the homes we manage while they are occupied and vacant. You’ll be working directly with our residents, vendors and inspectors to deliver a phenomenal customer experience. The mission of the Maintenance Tech is to ensure our properties are looking great and everything is operating smoothly.

Resident Relations & Field Operations

We are looking for a proactive, resident-focused professional to manage the on-the-ground operations and resident experience for a local property management squad. This role combines in-field responsibilities—such as inspections, move-ins/outs, and site visits—with resident communication, compliance, and oversight of the renewal and delinquency processes. You will act as the squad’s visible presence in the community, ensuring a smooth resident journey and high-quality property condition, while closely coordinating with internal departments to maintain efficiency and accountability.
